I did my initial training in integrative Relationship counselling and psychotherapy at RELATE and have subsequently done further training in therapeutic approaches such as EFT and IMAGO. 

 

Prior to training as a therapist, I worked for a number of years in the film industry and I bring to my therapy practice an understanding of the pressures a creative and/or competitive job can present.
